Members and friends of Rotary Club of Red Sea – El Gouna collected donations under the guidance of Project Leader, Past President and Incoming Assistant Governor, Rafeek Ramzy, Pediatrician, to supply urgently needed equipment to El Homayat Fever Hospital in Hegaz Street, (مستشفي حميات الغردقه) Hurghada, part of the Ministry of Health (MOH), that is dealing with all the COVID-19 patients.
The following equipment was delivered 20th May 2020 to the Ministry of Health in Hurghada for the Fever Hospital:
6 Instrument Tables
3 Refrigerators
10 Stethoscopes
10 Sphygmomanometers
6 Instrument Trays
6 5-litre Suction Pumps
100 Overshoes
100 Hair caps
100 Surgical Masks
The donation of the equipment was achieved by working together with Dr Tamer Marei, Ministry of Health, Dr Rasha Adel, Hurghada Blood Bank, Rotary Club President 2019-20 Hossam El Alfy, and under the auspices of the Red Sea Governor Major General Amr Hanafy and Rotary 2451 Egypt District Governor Sherif Waly.
